Выпито 06.03.21 в ресторане Бальзамин. Не помню откуда у меня появилось это достаточно редкое Вино 2011 года из южной Сардинии, но на фоне прославленного chateau Pouget оно явно доминировало. Мощное( 15% алкоголя) с яркими шоколадными нотками оно явно спасло вечер. Под каре ягнёнка оно было великолепно!

What a beauty! Perfect nose (uncovering a bit of alcoholic heat which never came trough), sublime start with a slight bitter, smooth as silk and a wonderfull long finish giving that ultimate wow effect!

A good wine, but very Heavy and overripe and overoaked. Liked the 'smaller' Carignano 'Rocca Rubia' of this Estate better.
