Tenuta Albrizzi Salento IGT Cabernet Sauvignon Primitivo

Was expecting more. Little too sweet which was predicted being a primitivo cab blend but next time they should adjust the ratios and make it heavier on the cab

Good basic cabernet

Nose.. blackberry, musty attic, leather
Palate..high acid, very dry, medium tannin, medium alcohol, full body.

Citrus, berry, clove

Pretty dang good light but in a good way

Nice and smooth. Not very bold but deep. Went well with a very garlicky cauliflower pasta.
