Really integrated, layered, and has everything you want in great Champagne without the price. The texture has weight and roundness without being too fat or clumsy. Spine of acid is zippy without too many edges. Notes of brioche, yellow apple, lemon curd, citrus, orchard blossom, sea spray, kiss of iodine, leesy notes accentuate it all. Persistent finish that evolves and lingers. Should help change your mind about domestic sparkling wine.

Still super acidic after 10 years. After an hour open the Pinot side of things started to show and when the bubbles relaxed (after another hour) it was a delight. I say hold for another 5 years at least.
