Light straw color. Nose of aromatic herbs (laurel, thyme), honeydew melon, citrus fruit, clay and salt. On the palate it’s round, concentrated, herbal in the same way as the nose was, far from the classic grass flavor / scent that usually Sauvignon Blanc gets. Ripe flavors of melon, citrus fruit, asparagus and clay soil. Quite different and never the alcohol level was present. Very good (88)

Made of 100% Sauvignon Blanc from a vineyard located at 4km from the Pacific Ocean. Aged in stainless tanks. Alcohol level of 15%
