Bought at Provisions on Van Horne, 42$, restaurant price, but they gotta survive the pandemic! Bright and delicious, had it with maple mustard drumsticks and The Third Man.
Plonk: “This classically styled, certified organic and biodynamic Barbera hails from the region of Alba in Italy's Piemonte. Leading with dusty tannins and mouth-watering acidity, this bottling opens up into a savory palate filled with alluring notes of leather, bittersweet chocolate, red cherry and red currant flavors.
VINTAGE: 2019
GRAPE VARIETY: BARBERA
REGION: PIEMONTE; ITALY”
WINEMAKING METHOD: CERTIFIED ORGANIC, CERTIFIED BIODYNAMIC

Recent Barbera obsession continues. Big but smooth. Gorgeous but tiny bite at the end. Settles so well. Great with burger or pizza if going heavy even for a lighter wine.
