One of those wines that’s hard to describe because it does only what it's supposed to do. Sound fundamentals of 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot. Like a good slice of NY cheese pizza. Just delicious and just that. Lemons, white flowers, sour dough.

My first Franciacorta!! Really wonderful. $26 retail. Remarkably complex, great balance of toast and fruit. Can't wait to try more of these!
