Channing Daughters
Clones White Blend
Is this the first clones? Still hanging on and showing beautiful quince and pear fruit, orange blossom, solid acidity. Slight spritz when first poured that blew off in minutes. Fun to find in the back of the 'cellar."

Feb 28th, 2015A badass white - I smell gumption and I see gold. Beautiful rich color. Funky and fruity with acid and wood. A kick of spice right before the end.

Sep 22nd, 2015Pale gold. Pronounced intensity nose displaying aromas of quince, honey, ripe peaches, tangerine and orange blossom. Very nice concentration with a moderate acidity but slightly warm. Medium+ finish.

Sep 20th, 2015Better at cellar temp the second day, complex blend. Tastes like skin contact, stone fruits. Fermented in oak but missing "oaky Chardonnay" nose and palate. Would be interested to see how this drinks in a year or so.
