Pleasant and crisp; the pale shade of pink lady apple juice with a nose of pealed apple rind and lemon pips. A bit fatty on the palate with some minerality and acidity but little fruit to speak of. Frankly too dry. Unfortunately shows that English sparkling still has quite a long way to go. Still, it's pleasant enough - certainly finished the bottle!
