Great Sancerre with the appropriate flinty characteristics along with the floral aromaticness that you'd expect from a relatively high quality Sauvignon Blanc. A bit of a peppery quality on the back end along with a truly satisfying acidity that allows this beauty to pair with a wide range of foods. For instance, I'm eating at a Korean BBQ restaurant and this juice goes with everything on the table wonderfully.
