Yeasty and super deep. Round and toasty. Screaming "I was made with Noir grapes mother fucker!"

Pine, Green apple, nice acidity, but missing the tartness and tension of other Meunier wines. Maybe vintage influence. Wife loved it.

So savory. Great minerality and breadiness. Lots of verve Tiny mousse. 3 g/l dosage. 2011 vintage. This won our 100% Meunier tasting last Summer.
