Floral nose with blue and black fruit. Medium body and classic high tannins, but the tannins are round and well integrated. Bright acidity and sustained length suggests improvement with aging for 15 more years.

Way fruiter than I expected for a Bordeaux, very plush velvet body....regretfully we didn’t decant, crazy amount of sediment in this 2010

Took plenty of decanting but eventually evolved into a surprisingly mature tasting Saint Julien with jammy notes. Loved it.
