So fresh and juicy with the right amount of earthiness and sweet spice. Not a ton of depth, but this is the definition of a classic food wine. Good wine for #200!!! This is the Trousseau, Poulsard, Pinot Noir blend

Carmelized red fruit, earth and fresh herbs. This is so Jura - somehow it still maintains something of the velvety, understated fruit notes (like drinking pastels) so characteristic of this region. Delicious.

Beautiful nose. On the palate bright acidity with earth and mineral notes, for me lacking a little fruit but still a very lovely wine.
