Who made the mistake of only allowing sweet ones in Bonnezeaux

Vastly different than the first bottle I had of this. While the first time was disjointed, oaky, reductive, and like wading through sand, this was one was lithe, maritime, and all too pleasant.

Green apple nose (my son called it). Unctuous and mineral with a lively kick.

Cellar Raid #34 - my chenin happy place.

Guava juice with a little ox richness slight sweetness totally different from previous bottle had.

Oxy, great texture and acidity

Off dry in style with some searing acidity that keeps you coming back to the glass for more! Go to chenin Blanc as of late!

Pear, mineral, dry extract, slightly off dry, looking forward to seeing where this goes with some age
