Bright lemon drop refreshment. A perfect peak into the what's and whys of the saumur appellation. Lightning bolt of acid punching right through a subtle cream. This is very fun to drink next to something soft and fat. I happened to be in a study this drink kind of mood so my excitement is toned down, but this was definitely 💣
