This one aged well. Acidity still prominent with fruit transitioning into baked apple and toasted walnuts. Maybe even that pear that's been sitting on the counter for a little too long. Interesting stuff.

Epire again falls short. This one too oxidized. Still represents Savennieres well though.

Lovely button mushroom and hints of truffle; some nuttiness, too. Still had a decent backbone of acidity though this wine might have been playing a bit coy right now.
