A fine pleasure with great length and starting to be mature tannins, will be even better in a few more years - and as Emmanuel Reynaud told me "remember wine is first of all a pleasure to share with people we care about" 😊

Mar 3rd, 20162007 Chateau des Tours Vacqueyras - red cherry, strawberries and peppercorns with gorgeous acidity and medium pronounced, silky textured tannins. Earthy mushroom and spontaneous yeast flavors lend to the backbone while you feel the crunch of fresh wild strawberries and oolong tea on the palate. Paired perfectly with a wide selection of amazing sausages @DBGB especially the mergeuz and chorizo. Yum yum.
