Côtes de Bourg Red Bordeaux Blend

A great value Bordeaux small production in biodynamy, 55% Merlot, 30% Carbernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc & 5% Malbec - rich, marked tannins starting very slowly to get more soften, a well balanced wine that need time, a perfect pairing for grilled matured entrecôte 😋👍 - or you can enjoy the second wine Les Demoiselles de Falfas while this one get rounder

Needs to open but good!

Jammy on the nose, juicy and bright on the palate. Love!

Sur le fruit - léger en attaque et puissance en seconde partie et tanin acidité en fin de bouche

Maybe too young. High acidity high tannins and high alcohol that can makes me think it can age well. Interesting.

Nice green notes to go along with lead pencil. Almost tastes like a Syrah. Spicy and mineral. Yum

Château Falfas - Côtes de Bourg -2010

Probably the most interesting estate in Bordeaux right now. Bio-dynamically farmed, classic "claret". Needs a lot of air now, will be expressive for years.
