Plummy initially with black pepper in tow, beets and molasses, mint, thyme, and cinnamon wrapped in a green veil. Blackberry, black plum, and graphite wrapped in peppery smoke. Again, tight and green with Bing cherry and weathered iron, culminating in a chocolaty, coppery amalgam. Not a complete picture at this point, but absolutely pregnant with potential!

At Aureole in Mandalay Bay. A wonderful wine with a little age on it. Goes great with lobster. A very full flavored wine

Pine strawberry cherry olive garrigue. Very nice nose. The palate is wide and long. Cherry all along an acid backbone with soft touches and a bit of warmth. Some harsh tannins to spice things up and a long fruity finish. It could have aged some more. Much more
