10/2021. Good Merlot. Smooth and flavorful. Paired well with the lamb chop at Black Rooster.

Smooth when I took the first sip, made me think I am a fine of blends now ! But after a few sips, felt dry. Not sure why... Lovely aroma

Blend of Merlot and cab frank. Cab frank notes are strong for low percentage. Good summer red with berry notes but not distinctive. 2016 vintage but could rest for a while yet to improve it. Definitely a better drink with food (teriyaki chicken in this case).
