Got this from Vinebox which is a monthly delivery service that sends three types of wines in cylindrical glass vials. Figured I'd check it out and was not disappointed. We enjoyed all three great French wines. This white was crisp and a great example of a white Bordeaux.

Lime, grass, lychee, clean and lots of zip. Paired well with roasted asparagus.

Feb 14th, 2016I visited this chateau a little over a week ago and met the cellar master. Her story is one of sacrifice and her wines are terrific for their price point. This 2014 white Bordeaux has notes of green apple, flint and a creamy yet slightly oaky finish. It's delightful.

Super smooth and balanced! When allowed to warm up a bit, the fruity flavors really dominate. Not overly crisp, grassy undertones, long finish. One of the best white wines I've ever had! Came in my first Vinebox

Sweet to start and tart at the finish. Mainly tastes of grapefruit, passion fruit, and grass. Soft, rounded texture. There's more complexity and bigger flavor if you let it sit out a bit, but not too long because then it loses the crisp finish. #vinebox
