Served a bit too warm, has light apple and berries with floral notes reminiscent of cold sakes. Beautiful colour, though the alcohol was a little too far toward the "rubbing" end--likely due to temperature.

Mouth feel and flavour notes much like a non-hot sake. Crisp and light with enough berry to remain interesting. Beautiful colour.
