Astoundingly fresh for a 51 year old bottle! Color bright with no orange or brown, scant sediment. Restrained nose, medium-bodied, minimal tannins, faded fruit with hint of leather. Not complex, short finish. Nevertheless, easy to drink and enjoyable.

Half bottle of 1964 at Bern's -Tampa. Amazing half bottle showing the best in an average vintage after 51 year! A real treat.
