This wine needed to breathe for about 60 min (or more) before enjoying. Color and flavor darken with time. Soft tannins and light berry flavor. Paired well with seared salmon with fig glaze and Greek orzo salad.

Less full bodied than expected from a right brank… but feels like something you could drink all night!

Juicy, slightly sweet, jammy red full of body and flavor

This is a young affordable and very enjoyable Bordeaux blend (Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon) that needs air to open up. Two hours in decanter will pay-off—crunchy red fruit, medium tannin and excellent acidity, perfect for charcuterie board or tomato sauce pizza.
