Another fine recommendation from David Waddington at Siegels on Greenville in Dallas. This was our “it’s 5 O’clock somewhere” first glass. Lovely soft golden color, crisp apples, ripe pear, lovely floral nose, silky smooth mouth feel, with a bit o grip on the finish to keep it interesting with appropriate sophistication. Works great with sharp cheeses and salty crisps! Can’t wait to try it with grilled salmon.

Easy drinking, pairs well with fish. Purchased at Made in Little France.
