Took about an hour to open up which I expected for a 1995, But once it did it was great wine. Deep burgundy color, very silky and creamy in the mouth. Has some tannins, finish wasn't as long as expected.

The 1995 shows leather, soy sauce, sweet spice and woody nose. More fruit on palate than nose but just there and indistinguishable. Not decanted, right out of bottle.
