Montagne-Saint-Émilion Red Bordeaux Blend

After drinking a lot of Bordeaux merlot, this montagne saint émilion is just perfect! One of the cheaper wine at trader joe, around 12$. Definitely a good value for the bucks!!!

Earth and olive with a dry tasty finish

I liked the spicy sweetness and moderate tannins, but it fell flat a little at the end. We drank it with a cheese plate, but might pair better with a meal. Overall a decent, inexpensive, drinkable Bordeaux.

Maybe I had a bad bottle, dry and not much going on. One dimensional.

Just beginning to explore Bordeaux. This was a deal at TJ's and I enjoyed it a lot. Paired nicely w/ Mid Eastern dish/dash.

Picked up the 2011 at Trader Joe's and nicely drinkable. Went well with the Boeuf bourguignon

Nice Bordeaux blend for a relatively inexpensive wine. Would be nicely paired with a heavy dinner. Deep, dark fruit tones, complex with a long finish. Would be excellent with a cigar or chocolate.
