Lots of minerals on the nose and palate, not a lot of acid and a hint of strawberry. Very drinkable but wish it was brighter or had more going on flavor-wise. On tap at the airport!

May 2nd, 2018Nose full of citrus - sweet grapefruit, orange zest. White grape on the front with hints of peach, low to medium acidity, funky finish with grass and old leather. Enjoyed this with flakes of parmigiana reggiano and it was DELISH, tasted like truffle
