Christina Pallmann
Accord Pinot Grigio

As the winemaker states, in perfume-making the term "accord" refers to the balance between top, middle and base notes. This PG achieves such an accord, with green apples and honeysuckle up front, a surprisingly delicate body, and a smooth fizzy floral finish. The bouquet is slightly citric. I paired it with Greek salad with shredded chicken and egg, and a side of quesadillas.
