Really interesting stuff, Pinot Grigio from northwest of Chablis. Muddled mint stuck out a lot to me with this one, with brighter red fruits that struggle to ripen, thus giving it to me an interesting flavor profile. #thestruggleisreal #lapaulee

Not a rosé - but rather a vin gris made from Pinot Gris. Exceptional structure with light strawberry and melon flavors meeting a mineral backbone of a very pleasing quality! I could drink this all summer.
