2005, A great chateauneuf that is getting to its peak after almost 10 years of cellaring. The wine has a bit of a country style, rustic and wild, it has a deep red black color, with an intensive rich nose of black cherries, leather, mushrooms , spices and wet earth, medium to full body rich intense and chewy, tannins have mellowed down and acidity is still kicking. Was hoping for more elegance, but I like the rustic style and the nice long spicy finish. My score 90, drink to 2017.
