Romanian Pinot Noir? Let's see: sliced beef on entry, plummy, with a maritime scent. Very light garnet. Basalt entry, almost a salted raspberry here, olive leaf, dried cranberry with an added emphasis on the dry!! There is a Givrey crab and an incredible mineralogy and dried basil at play here in an almost gypsum and chalky way. Consider me impressed!
