There's no better match for pasta bolognese. Cranberries and cherries and dare I say hint of cannabis?

Dark red fruit and dried flowers, but gentle and understated, with a hint of liquorice twists. The blend adds some dusty texture to the palate, filling things out and softening the grip of the nebbiolo tannins.

Cherry, tobacco, mushroom. Good amount of tannin
