Pop and pour. A very dark magenta color. On the nose: blueberry, wet forest floor, red fruit, earthy, mushrooms. Taste: blackberry, chocolate, cassis with a pencil lead medium plus finish. Tannins have sweetened, but still working themselves out.
Enjoyed with some cuts of domestic wagu!

After the Cab, this is the best wine they produce IMHO. Silky soft right after we opened it. A real winner. This was my first bottle of a 2010 3-pack.
