June 6, 2020. Amarone night. Dinner w/ Jack D. This was number 2. Found it in the back of my cellar. Says purchased in 2010. About time to drink! A full bodied red. Not much fruit left but rich raisin and dark cherry on the nose and lots of earth notes on the palate. Very drinkable. Great price point. Would have appreciated even more if Amarone number 1 hadn’t been so awesome. 😉
