Very dry finish, a bit of of the mineralogy characteristics of a Pinot Gris but more dry than balanced; atypical. Very nice however preferable to pair with fish or another dish less acidic. Appropriate for drinking alone, however not the lightest white so I would only enjoy a single unpaired glass.
