Medium garnet with a clear edge rim. Nose of red fruit like plum & cherry with a touch of wet earth. Very smooth- bright fruit forward with May also some strawberry- mild acidity and limited tannins (while still a bit cool).

Jan 27th, 2023Dark garnet/purple with a nose of black plum and some earth/leather. A medium light body, fruit forward on the red fruit side. Mild tannins and medium acidity. A good Pinot but not a great one.

Jan 16th, 2023Nose: strawberry (like jammy/perfumey), hints of vanilla, and then with some time, opens up to a lot of perfume (caught me off guard).
Classic cherry and raspberry on the palate. Very easy to pop and pour, light acidity is very forgiving and it's an easy sipper. I liked this the first 30-60 mins and then over time, it started adding structure and more tannin which I didn't actually like as much.
I think this is a wine that's very fresh and you drink it for what it is within the first 1-2 hrs of opening.
The finish becomes a little weak and watery and it flattens out and loses its acidity.
