Very interesting wine, with notes of liquorice and dried fruits, tastes a bit like natural Cabernet franc from Loire valley I tried some time ago. Let it breathe. I’m going to try it with moose stew in a couple of days.

Sprawling and original taste that made us laught and encouraged us to discuss wine.

Hints of leather with a sprawling Taste. Probably better in combination with certain foods - meat perhaps. Kind of odd on its own. Should not be combined with chocolate under any circumstance!
