Dark purple in color. Smooth, not too complex. Easy to drink. Fair amount of sediment. Especially for a bottle less than ten years old. Cune, was founded in 1879 and is one of Spain's oldest and finest bodegas. Gran Reservas are very uncommon and account for a small percentage of the wine produced in the Rioja region.
