Cherry and smoke. A medium bodied wine that paired well with the pastitchio.

Slightly smoky, bright cherry flavors, with a medium finish. Smoother as it airs out a bit. Lovely pinot. Pairing it with cheddar turkey burgers topped with avocado and orzo with asparagus, peas, feta, and lemon zest.
