Lots of sediment, probably should have decanted. Not as thought provoking as some of their wines can be, but fun and easy drinking. Doesn’t seem like the couple years I held this have done it any favors.

So funky and so great. Don't let the murky look detract you, it's supposed to be that way. Unfined, unfiltered and fermented with native yeast. Drinks like stone fruit, explodes with apricot and some white peach, white pepper, tea leaves and lots of kiwi fruit as a kicker. Extremely interesting and would highly suggest.

All the grapes bring all the things. Waxy honeyed palate weight. Tropical fruit. Brisk acidity. Herbal complexity. Leesy richness. Killed it with a nicoise salad.

48% Chenin blanc, 30% chard, and other stuff. A very rough blend, cloudy, kind of kitchen sinky. But not uninteresting. Unctuous is the best way to describe it. Restrained fruit and super fresh.

Bright and a slight cloudy hue yellow. Very interesting nose and palate. Nose started off with some citrus notes that we could not quite put our fingers on it, very clean too. Seems a little bit like a key lime pie or with lemon. Some added complexity with notes of melon, white flowers, honey suckles. Undertones of some sort of plant and a little stinky too when it began to warm up over the three hour period. Day two some more complexity was added with notes of dust, pears and pineapple. Lots of bright acidity (8.5/10) with lemon driving through. Bitter bite almost like underripe berries. Undertones of grapefruit on day two. Light bodied with an insanely long finish. So different than any other white we have tried, blend or single varietal. Insanely refreshing and perfect for this hot day. So intriguing and keeps changing. Drink till 2020.
