Oyster shell, so fresh, pineapple core, saline, Kate says coriander. An amazing wine. I would never guess it was 12 years old. Amazing!

Typical NW SB. Creamy mouthfeel, fruity freshness, fairly long and well-defined. Huge gooseberry component, chip in some pear and melon. Not sure if I picked up some minerality. Very good, well composed, clean. Still seems pretty young to me.

Juicy sauvignon, Apple, pear, melon, kiwifruit. Quite a broad and oily mouthfeel. Like.
