Domaine Aimé. 100% Cabernet Franc - 2013. Red languedoc wine. Elegant & highly approachable. 12-14% alcohol percentage. Jammy berry fruits start to quietly emerge 30 minutes after pouring. Far more sophisticated than the $12 price tag suggests. Great grip & complexity with a fruit forward nose. Will drink again.

Rich green pepper, dried blueberry, black cherry, fresh-baked cinnamon roll aroma. Dense burgundy, leggy. Chalky tannins, but they don't linger too long and soften with some air. Green pepper, unripe apple, succulent black cherry, and a bit of chocolate on the palate. I like the green pepper and black cherry, but it feels raw. I'd love to see how some age treated this.
