What a treat, Cremant du Jura Rose, and an extra brut to boot. Love the flamboyant nose of funk and field berries. Lively, full mousse with a beautiful texture. So different but so well-crafted. Pastry dough and more funk line the finish. This is my new outside-the-box bubbly of choice. Blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard.

Disgorged 2018. Cranberries, yeast, flint. Bitterness on mid-palate. Ferric, in a way. Only missing complexity on the finish, this is fabulous. Zero dosage. Great QPR as well.
