Faint, very faint flinty minerality, lemon grass, fresh cut wet grass and grapefruit on the nose.
DO NOT ReTRY THIS WITH A BLOOMY RIND BRIE 😝 big mistake there !!!
Bright acidity. Lemon, tart finish.
Good Sancerre that’s more fruit driven as opposed to wet rock/minerally.
