Never fails. Just the right amount of vegetal. Ripe but right. Perfect bistro wine. Pair with vegetable pasta or steak tartare. Last of 6. 2019 sold out around here. Will try the 2020’s.

Spicy, dry, a little juicy — on the conventional side of things. Nice food wine for pizza, meatballs, pasta. Not all that complex or interesting on its own. Wouldn’t seek it out again.

Vinifié en cuves de béton, ce vin fait chanter le terroir ligérien. C’est bon, franc et gourmand. Le vigneron conseille de l’accompagner d’une souris d’agneau aux lentilles et poivrons confits ou d’une tartine de jambon cru à la moutarde de moût de raisin ou encore d’un plateau de fromages. La preuve que ce genre de vin est si polyvalent. Et si facile à boire. BIO
