This wine had a lovely bouquet of rose petal and strawberry. Light on the palate with just a bit of spice. Silky and delicious.

A satisfying wine without a lot of complexity. Pretty good varietal nose.

I'm digging this more and more. This burgundy is a fantastic food wine. Today this went down with seared pork loin, prunes, orange, arugula salad seasoned with oregano and white vinegar and green onion. Lovely.

Getting to know burgundy. This bottle went down with ground beef chanterelles and Dijon mustard. Great combo. Decanted for 1 hour.

Cranberry tart, a bit of earth in the midsection. Long finish. And a little intellectual. Great for two I front of the fireplace on a stormy night perhaps. Not a wine for large party
