Spice box mineral and dark fruit aromatics. Berry and minerals on the balanced mid-weight palate. Gorgeous texture

Nothing obvious here. Patience required, patience rewarded. Tightly woven, black cherry, mint and a waft of smoke wrapped around a spine of acid. Compact, yet rewarding. More giving on night two.

Syrupy and mushy sweet-tart (the candy). Perhaps it improves with 5 years aging, but on birth it lacks definition and acidity.
