A bright nose of green apple, citrus and a hint of fig. Ripe and full on the palate. Juicy notes of racy grapefruit and lime with a great backbone of minerality. The finish is bright and crisp and lingering.

We had some who wanted sweet and some who wanted dry....and it was more on the dry....and all loved!!!

11.5% booze, $19 on wine-searcher, sample. Just lovely. Honeyed and spicy, but subtle and with nice acidity to hold it together.
