Le Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Eh. Too early. Really high tannins. Mediocre nose and taste.

Perfectly nice #Bourgogne Rouge at the Village Vanguard with the Billy Hart Quartet.

A but stinky. A bit of pepper. A bit of live ferment. Pretty alive. Fruit is slightly muted despite the acid.

Great pre-dinner wine, light , balanced pair well with our table side freshly made caesar salad

Not bad.

Cheap and cheerful? Minimal fruit. Not the most exciting wine but very reasonably priced so hard to expect too much.

SAQ 22$ Frankly very ordinary - very deceiving for a Bourgogne thats tastes like an ordinary New World Pinot noir - I would call it the Froot Loops of Burgundy!

Best after three days, bodes well.

Nice acidity. Low tannin
