A less ripe, more fresh and minerally side of a Carignane/Grenache/etc blend (not sure of the exact composition), much preferred over a heavier Gigondas at the table

Nov 22nd, 2015'Going home , where the New York City winters aren't bleeding me' Paul Simon. Perhaps an odd choice for the middle of July . Nevertheless the balance of fruit and support in this wine was perfect for a cool Saturday night drink . Paired with stoned fruit and a young pecorino .
